The oldest real estate firm in Houston, Gary Greene, Realtors began in 1963 by Gary Greene. Over the years the company grew to multiple offices and in the 70′s became a franchised brand of Better Homes and Gardens.
In 2000, Gary Greene, Realtors affilated with Prudential Real Estate Services, and the company has continued to achieve growth every year since its inception.
Today, Prudential Gary Greene Realtors is guided by its two partners, Mark Woodroof and Marilyn Eiland who actively manage the day-to-day operations of its 25 offices [18 company offices and 7 affiliates] in the Houston Metropolitan area.
In the last 4 years, 2010 included, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors listed more homes, sold more listings and closed more transactions than any other broker in Houston. The firm was ranked #7 in the Prudential Real Estate Services network in 2009 [2010 statistics to be published in March] and #42 nationally by Real Trends in the Top 100 Brokers by closed transactions in 2009.
