Country Lake Estates
Country Lake Estates is conveniently located 2.5 miles from 145 off of Louetta in Spring TX. It’s four entrances with three being located to the South onto Louetta and one to the West onto Kuykendahl provide easy access into and out of the neighborhood.
There are 486 lots in the Country Lake Estates subdivision. Village Builders, a Lennar Company, was the builder of the first 389 homes. The subdivision is in its final new construction ”CLOSE OUT’ phase. Travis Homes and Lennar are projected to be done building on the few remaining lots in 2012.

The neighborhood amenities include a recreation center with game room, swimming pool, tennis courts, landscaped green belts, lakes with fountains, playground, and pocket park.
The focal point of the Country Lake Estates subdivision is its two lakes. The larger lake is 18 acres and has three fountains and the smaller lake is 6 acres and has one fountain. Both lakes have walking paths around them for the residents to enjoy the tranquil views of the water and common sightings of ducks and egrets. The 18 acre lake has been stocked for catch and release fishing.
There are some great bench areas around the lakes for you to take a break and relax. The annual HOA (Home owners association) fee of $758 is competitive with other subdivisions with similar amenity levels.

The homes range in price from the $160s to the $300s. The first homes in Country Lake Estates were built in 2003.
