If you are not finding the right home to fit your lifestyle, be patient and wait for January to arrive. The number of homes for sale always increase in January as homeowners waited until after the holidays to list.
New listings decreased 20% week over week. The number of new listings will continue to decrease leading up to Christmas. After Christmas listing inventory will rebound. The week between Christmas and New Year’s is a typically a busy week for the Spring Texas real estate market. Buyers who are wanting to relocate between the school semester break and buyers relocating for a new job will be out in force.
