The 250 homes subdivision of Oaks of Devonshire is located in Spring TX about 2.5 miles from I45 off of Louetta Rd.

The subdivision’s convenient location is certainly appealing. There is a Super Target, Super Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, McDonalds, Kroger, Panera Bread, Home Depot, Lowes and Top Golf all within 2 miles. The IAH airport is within 15 – 20 minutes. Residents can enjoy numerous dining options in Spring TX plus dining in the Woodlands is a quick 15 minutes away. Major employers of Exxon Mobil and Southwestern Energy are located within 10 minutes.

The subdivision along with Devonshire Woods and Louetta Lakes are part of the Oaks of Devonshire Home Owner’s Association. The annual HOA fee is a reasonable $488. Constable service is included in the annual HOA fee.

The architecture of the homes is traditional. Many of the Oaks of Devonshire homes were built in the early 80s and have brick detached garages which is a little unique since we certainly see more hardi-plank or wood board detached garages.

In addition the residents have use of a 4+ acre stocked lake for catch and release fishing with a 40 foot lighted fountain located in the Louetta Lakes subdivision.

An active HOA organizes a pool opening party, Fourth of July parade, barbecue cook-offs, Christmas lighting contests, and yard of month contests help turn the subdivision’s residents into a Spring TX community.
