D.R. Horton will develop The Reserve at Louetta Glen on 51.75 acres located south of Louetta and to the west of the Louetta Glen subdivision. The northern section of the property that fronts Louetta will be reserved for commercial development.
D.R. Horton plans to construct approximately 160 single family homes in The Reserve at Louetta Glen. Both one story and two story homes will be available. The square footage of the homes will range in size from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet. Zoned to the Klein school district and within close proximity to I45 and the Exxon Mobil campus the community will be in demand.
Land work was started on The Reserve at Louetta Glen in October of 2013.
D.R. Horton is also currently building in The Sanctuary another new home community in Spring Texas.
