On September 1st, 2007 a new Texas law involving signs in the public right of way went into effect. Signs in the public right of way are NOT allowed per State, County, and City laws. The public right of way is the space from one utility/telephone pole across the street to the utility pole on the other side of the street. The company or individual’s whose signs are in the public right of way are subject to fines from $500 to $1,000 per sign per day.
If you see a sign in the public right of way call 281.376.3472 and report it. Our right of ways are not going to become uncluttered and beautiful again without our help. We need to let these companies or individuals know that we do not want to view their signs. Hopefully this new law will eliminate the clutter of signs that we had to view in the past and will make Northwest Houston a better place to live.

We lived in the area for about 3 years before taking the house-hunting plunge and truly could not have chosen a better realtor to work with. Jill is professional and patient, she is an incredible resource who is 100% there for her clients at all times. We had a lot of questions and didn't want to pay any closing costs or prepaid costs out of pocket - Jill is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and it SHOWS. We got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted AND had several bonuses thrown in, including appliances and gutters. She was there for inspections/walk-throughs and kept in contact with our builder's salesperson as well. If you want a strong realtor who is also pleasant to work with (which I've learned is rare), then Jill is the realtor for you!! read less
