Sam Houston Race Park is hosting the 1st annual Houston Blues Festival October 26 -28th. The Blues Festival will showcase some of the best national, regional, and local blues talent in this exciting new outdoor venue at the Infield at Sam Houston Race Park.
The Blues Festival is just one of the twenty scheduled concerts in the 2007 Verizon Wireless Summer Concert Series. General Admission tickets are available for $30 and VIP Pass tickets are available for $80. As a special treat on Sunday there will be a Blues Brunch and Fundraiser to benefit the Houston Blues Society and the Musician’s Benevolent Society. The exclusive catered brunch will feature a performance by Nora Jean Bruso. Check your schedule and start make plans, because you will not want to miss what is sure to be a treat for your ears!
