T.C. Jester is a main South – North street through Spring. It connects F.M. 1960 to F.M. 2920 and runs through the subdivisions of Olde Oaks, Terranova West, Spring Creek Oaks, and WindRose.
T.C. Jester was named after T.C. Jester. He was a pastor at the Baptist Temple in the Heights from 1927 to 1950. He served on the Houston City Planning Commission and the board of the Baptist Hospital.
