Exxon Mobil’s new campus is currently under construction in Spring Texas. The campus is projected to be ready for employees in late 2013 or early 2014 with the transition to be completed by the middle of 2015. The number of employees projected to report to work at the 385 acre complex is 8,000 Houston employees and 2,000 employees relocating from Virginia and Ohio. Exxon Mobil’s new campus will have a huge positive impact on the local economies and the residential real estate markets of Spring Texas and the Woodlands.
Exxon Mobil had created a video detailing their plans for their new campus in Spring but the video has been deleted. I guess Exxon Mobil decided against sharing their plans. We will just have to wait and see.
