The EXXON MOBIL campus is driving additional construction activity in the Spring Texas area including a new Cinemark theater. Ground was recently broken for a 42,000+ sqft Cinemark theater with 12 screens and over 2,000 seats at 21440 Kuykendahl in Spring Texas. The theater is scheduled to open in May of 2013 in the Spring Town Center.
Soon you will be able to go to dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area that include Buffalo Wild Wings, Chilis, Shogun, and Spring Creek Barbeque and then take in a show.
NewQuest Properties is the developer. Four restaurant pad sites are planned for in front of the Cinemark theater.
