Spring TX Art Festivals in October!

Its Fall and just like Fall’s annual return so do the art festivals. I love spending the day strolling amongst the booths and taking in all the creative works of art. It always gets me wishing that I had more artistic talent, because even my stick people drawings do not look very good.
